Yin House Feng Shui
The traditional practice of Feng Shui itself has its origins in Yin Houses 阴屋 (otherwise known as burial grounds or tombs). In the ancient days, this art was known as Kan Yu, which means the study of forces between Heaven and Earth. During the Tang Dynasty, it was used to help select burial spots.
In the days of the Imperial Dynasties of Ming and Qing, as well, more attention was paid to Yin House than Yang House. It was only as Feng Shui developed and evolved over the years that an equal amount of attention was given to Yang Houses (otherwise known as places for the living).
